DC Universe: Misdirection by Te
Misdirection (Tim/Kon | NC17 | 5,568 words) has Kon kissing Tim as a prank on Batman. The story has angst the way I like it: there's no wallowing, and it's not solely angst. Also, there are so many details here that help characterize each character. Good Tim-fic is something to rejoice about.
Excerpt:
It takes two hours, but he finds Tim in his own room.
The *third* time he looks. He's leaning against the wall between windows, having managed to find the one spot in the room with an actual shadow. His arms are folded under the cape again, and he's pretty much glaring at the floor.
"So. I guess you're kind of... avoiding me."
"Not anymore."
Kon winces. "Bart found you?"
"Fourteen times."
